what airport is closer to toronto if i book a flight from detroit? never been?

Toronto has it's own international airport - Toronto Pearson International Airport. If you booked a flight from Detroit to Toronto, Perason International is most likely the airport you would fly into. It's north/west of downtown Toronto. There are buses you can take from the airport to downtown. You can also take cabs or limos that are avaible at the airport - just look for the signs. Don't let all the traffic at the airport intimidate you. It's very simple to get from the airport downtown. Check out the airports Website. If you need more help, let me know.

You might also look into the commuter planes that fly regularly from Detroit to Toronto's King George V Toronto Island Airport. If you land there, you're right downtown.
