What is the cheapest form of international travel?
So I live in Detroit and plan on traveling to many places at a time and sometimes by myself. Right now the way I plan to travel is through orbitz and it seems pretty cheap, but sometimes its super expensive. Like a flight from detroit to japan to australia to detroit is almost 5,000 bucks. If I want to be a traveling fool what is the best way to go?

Go to any busy freight ship port and just pick a ship. You can even hire on and get paid to travel.
