DETROIT (AP) -- A judge has pushed back a hearing over whether to temporarily delay water shutoffs to Detroit residents with unpaid bills. Bankruptcy Judge Steven Rhodes said Wednesday that lawyers can present their cases at a Monday evidentiary hearing.
